As we know that previous free service that provide creation of handwriting font – Yourfonts.com is no longer free. Now we got news that a new tools – FontCapture.Com provide similar service, but it is free :) . So .. forget Yourfonts.com hoho…

Fontcapture.com can create a font from your very own handwriting. There’s no software to download and install. First you must print the font template and then fill in your handwriting font to the font template, scan and upload it to their website, and download your completed font. Simply. and it is free, and I hope always free forever.

They claimed that generated font will be compatible on both Windows and Mac.

    Great recommendation!
    A lot of websites point to yourfonts.com but it is no longer free, thank god, you dug up a gem!

    Nothing free about that…

    Yeah sadly :( . But in early version of fontcapture it is not part of yourfonts.com. I think they buy fontcapture.com too :( .

    If you are looking for a free online handwriting creator you could use http://www.myscriptfont.com .

    Hi Thomas, many thanks to inform us about myscriptfont.com , because lots of our reader really need it, since all website that provide handwriting font creator became paid now. I hope your website will always free :)
