I got news from Mimbo Pro website, they release free icon set “Circula”. This icon is designed by Web Designer and Game Developer Ben Gillbanks. This icon set contains 100 icon in 16×16 size, transparent PNG format. The Circular icon set is licensed under the Creative Commons Attribution 2.5 License. This means you can use it for anything you like (commercial, charity, free etc) and make any changes you like.
